I’m Sherece Y. West-Scantlebury, PhD, an ICF-certified coach with over 35 years in the nonprofit sector and more than 20 years as a CEO.

I’ve led organizations, built teams, managed boards, raised millions, shaped policy, and stayed grounded in mission through moments of pressure, change, and growth.

Now, I coach leaders who are doing the same, navigating power, complexity, and responsibility on a daily basis.
